I am thrilled and humbled as the founder of the Diversity in Nurse Anesthesia Mentorship Program to have been invited for an interview for the Johnson & Johnson Nursing podcast about the difficult climb for nurses of color to achieve workforce equity in Nurse Anesthesia. 
As a result of this podcast, I look forward to be featured in another Johnson & Johnson project later in the year!
