Hi Team,

I hope you are doing well. Thank the Diversity CRNA team, as I got accepted and am starting next week at The Ohio State University. I attended the University of Pitts event back in 2022 and enjoyed it and solidified my journey to be a CRNA. I especially want to send my thanks to Dr. Gould, Nkam Mongwa, and Dr. Vernon, III.

I hope to also help inspire my community here in Columbus, Ohio as I am a first-generation Somali American and have lots of youth looking up to me. I hope to attend more conferences shortly as a mentor to others. Looking forward to seeing you all again.
