PRACTICE.PERFORMANCE.EXCELLENCE!
The key to a successful interview and a positive outcome is practice. Your preparation will shine through in your performance during the interview.
If I could offer you one piece of advice, it would be this: Be true to yourself. Tell yourself that you deserve this spot and practice diligently!
Special thanks to my mentor @lenagould for inviting me to serve on the RRNA panel. Lena has opened a lot of doors for me and I owe her a tremendous part in my journey.
